Client avoids felony conviction.

Attorney Dimmer successfully worked to help his client avoid a felony conviction for OWI-1st-Causing Great Bodily Harm, after his review of the complainant’s medical records revealed injuries that didn’t rise to the legal definition of great bodily harm. After months of difficult negotiation, these records were the turning point for the case. The client ended up with the minimum penalties, ending a two-year battle where our client faced prison. Great work!
