Felony charges dropped

Attorney Dimmer successfully worked to have felony drug charges dismissed for his client, MM. MM was charged with these charges after a late-night traffic stop in Racine County. The basis for the stop was suspicious behavior in an auto repair parking lot. After the State reviewed the body camera video, the State conceded that no reasonable suspicion existed for the stop. All charges were dismissed. Great work!
